Job Description

  • Accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment
  • Operate cash register
  • Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits anddisplays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and otherexhibitions
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or servicessought for purchase, rental or lease
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
